You start with a glob of paint and then blow through the straw to push the paint around. Doing it this way allows even kids to paint more realistic looking branches. Plus kids love blowing through straws. :)Kaylees Education Studiohttp://kayleeseducationalstudio.weebly.com/whats-new.htmlnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3633682260880990043.post-70649461078948055012012-04-02T06:38:56.622-07:002012-04-02T06:38:56.622-07:00These are really beautiful. (I think there might be one or two still not finished!). I imagine they must look fantastic enmasse with the vibrant colours!

We are going into Autumn in Australia but maybe we could make the blossoms anyway - they would really brighten up my room!

Thanks for the inspiration

Jane
The Learning CurveJanehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09360084368721262613noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3633682260880990043.post-57003902656450382092012-04-01T21:41:08.695-07:002012-04-01T21:41:08.695-07:00I love the look of these. It took an eternity.
This is a much more reasonable request--and the result is much more beautiful--and much less likely to convince your kids to avoid visiting South American countries.

I'll be trying this one too! Thanks for the idea...

Kim
Finding JOY in 6th GradeKimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03596768050411395194noreply@blogger.com
