Fabulous Find Friday...err Sunday!

teachinginroom6.blogspot.comElizabeth, from Fun in Room 4B, had a Fabulous Find Friday Linky Party on, well, Friday...and I thought I would link up on.....Sunday.  OK..I didn't quite get on it on time, but I am here now so that is all that matters, right?

Anyway, I wanted to share with you my newest find, Kevin and Amanda Fonts.  I had been seeing all of these cute fonts all over the place and couldn't figure out where they were coming from.  Did the people buy them?  Was it a secret blogger stash somewhere that I wasn't aware of?  Then, I saw a link somewhere, clicked it, and the downloading began.  Seriously, I am IN LOVE!   I have been making things over for my room, JUST so I can use the fonts!   These fonts are FREE, which is what makes them so awesome.  There is such variety, and they are just so cute!

I get the cutest scrapbooking fonts at Free Scrapbook Fonts! kevinandamanda.com/fonts

Now, normally I am a "stick with one font and make everything the same" kind of girl, but I just couldn't help myself.  Look at the new folder covers I made with them...all different!  If you want to pick up your own free copy, click here.  They are just the ones that I personally use in my own classroom, so I hope you can find them useful too :)

I am now working on my library book bin labels.  I have used the same font for so long, I am just tired of it.  I am even thinking of doing THREE different fonts for the labels (one per section) I know...someone just fainted in here with that idea (OK...it was me)   So that is that.  Short and sweet.  My regular readers are probably sitting with their jaw open right about now with the lack of long winded sentence in this post ;)

    1. No kidding, I think I used them all on the download! If you click the link I posted above, it will take you to Kevin and Amanda's scrapbook fonts. They have a "download all" option.....so I did!

I really like the bolder options, and will use the more cursive looking ones for letters to parents.

Just go download them all, and you are good to go!

  8. Fonts. Oh goodness. Don't get me started! I've found so many cute fonts! Not sure if you saw this, but I'll throw it out there. Teachery Tidbits had a linky party where bloggers linked up with their favorite fonts. You should check it out [at your on risk of course! I spent too much time on it!] Here's the link --> http://teacherytidbits.blogspot.com/2012/05/favorite-fonts-linky.html

  10. Hey there, Stephanie :) Thanks for linking up! I love these fonts, too. I'm so addicted. It's hard to decide which ones I like. Have you heard of wordmark.it? It's a website that will grab your loaded fonts and show you what they look like and you can click and compare. It helps me save a ton of time when trying to decide on fonts (well, at least a little bit of time).
